Cardio Chi is a part of three systems, one is Tai Chi - Chi Kung, Cardio
Karate and Wing Chun Kung Fu.
Cardio Chi has worked good for people who are out of shape, seniors and anybody with a medical problem. With the breath work and the slow twisting helps to stimulate the organs and help them fight diseases. The Cardio part is a light work out to get the heart rate up and the Wing Chun part is to help you focus and for your spirit. This system has worked very well and has help people get into shape and have confidence in themselves and it is a booster to your spirit.
