In order to make sure that all the
children in our programs learn in a fun, safe, and
positive environment, we have set rules that we
insist all students follow.
Some of the rules below apply to our
latchkey kids, some apply more to our boot camp program.
Most however, apply evenly a crossed all our programs.
If you have any questions on the rules,
feel free to contact Mrs. Broussard at the school.
|
- Please, no gum chewing in the school. We ask that parents
and siblings of students taking classes also follow this rule.
- There will be NO fighting or name calling. Fighting could
result in termination from our programs.
- Please let Mrs. Broussard know if your child
requires any medications. For safety reasons we
request that we distribute required medications
to our students.
- We ask that you not send in a child who is sick.
Please call and let us know if a child will not
be attending due to illness.
- All children riding in our vehicles MUST wear a
seat belt at ALL times.
- No running. This includes the school, at the park,
bowling alley or any of the other places we go.
- Please put your child's names on their clothes,
uniforms, lunch boxes, etc. New Castle Martial
Arts is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- For their safety - when on field trips and such,
students may not stray from the main group and
must ask permission to go to the bathroom.
Students who do not follow this rule will not be
allowed to participate in the next trip.
- When at the park, students are required to stick
together and listen to instructors or helpers.
Due to safety reasons, students in our programs
are NOT allowed to play on the monkey bars.
- Parents are
invited to attend any day of the week to be with
your child or to go on trips. However, our schedule is subject
to change, so please check first if you wanted to attend a
particular activity.
- If we plan to go swimming, we will send permission slips
to parents to sign.
- Parents, in respect to our evening classes we ask that you please pick
up your children on time.
Not doing so may cause you to be charged an extra
fee.
- Although we allow card games, game boys, etc.
students are not allowed to trade cards or games
in school. We reserve the right to stop allowing our students to
bring in these types of games if issues arise.
- All payments have to be made on a Monday before
each week. Families that are paying twice a month
have to pay two weeks in advance. If payments are not paid by the second week your
child can not participate at our school.
- If your child has a problem at our school please
come and talk to us about it and it will be taken
care of.
