What is Wing Chun

WING CHUN: The name represents "Hope for the future and is a rare and highly regarded Shaolin fighting style based on a straightforward, no nonsense approach to achieving results quickly and decisively. KUNG FU represents hard work. WING CHUN is the science of combat and self-defense.

WING CHUN: is a weapon with the sole intent of disabling your opponent. WING CHUN was created by a nun from the famous Shaolin Temple and therefore is also suitable for women and allows a person of smaller stature to overcome opponents of greater size and strength through economical and efficient techniques.

WING CHUN: offers one of the most complete and comprehensive martial art systems in the world encompassing all aspects of combat including distance fighting, close range, grappling, throws, kicking, locks and submission holds, pressure points, "Dim Mak", and weaponry. It is also designed to be learned in less time than other martial arts systems.

The Wing Chun Dragons Program is for Junior's. They are taught with Traditional Foundation's, but with a lot of high energy to keep juniors focus on their Art. With all the words of the week to help them in their daily lives. This system is designed to build Confidence, Discipline, Self-Control, Courtesy, and to build leaders in our community.

Mr. Broussard is proud to have the only school in Delaware that is currently teaching Traditional Wing Chun Kung Fu.
